An excellent place to be with friends and family! Decent food (hearty recipes, especially pork-based main dishes, delicious treats), welcoming service, nice location (in a little village, far from the noisy city centers). It’s worth a try! One of our best choices close to Giannitsa.

Χμμμ…. Διάβασα τόσο πολλές κριτικές πριν έρθω που κυριολεκτικά σχεδίασα ταξίδι για να έρθω από τη Νότια Ελλάδα μόνο και μόνο για να γνωρίσω την… Απογοήτευση!Διάβασα για την φέτα με τα καραμελωμένα κρεμμύδια ότι είναι γκουρμέ κλπ κλπ και τελικά ήταν ένα κομμάτι φέτα με κρεμμύδια από πάνω. Στεγνή και άγευστη.Χοιρινά τεμάχια… Στεγνά και άγευστα.Πατάτες τριπλό-τηγανητές… Κρύες και μάπα. Ούτε το ένα τρίτο δεν φάγαμε.Μπιφτεκάκια… Τα οποία τα εκθιαζουν όλοι… Σερβιρισμένα με ένα πουρέ σαν βάση.Λουκάνικο! Επιτέλους και ένα γευστικό πιάτο! Να μην φύγουμε και νηστικοί.Ας μας πρότεινε η κοπέλα, αλλά πιάτα τους, τα οποία να ήτανε σπεσιαλιτέ να τα παραγγέλναμε.Είναι πραγματικά ένα καφενείο το οποίο το έχουν μετατρέψει σε μικρο-εστιατόριο μια φιλότιμη προσπάθεια…αλλά μέχρι εκεί.

Μας άρεσε !Ταξιδέψαμε από τη Βέροια για να φάμε στο Βασιλικό και δε μας απογοήτευσε .Πήραμε την καλοκαιρινή σαλάτα, τα κολοκυθάκια, το κεφαλοτύρι με το μέλι, τις πατάτες στη θράκα και τρία κυρίως πιάτα (ήμασταν 3 άτομα). Το χοιρινό σιδηρόδρομο, το κοντοσούβλι κοτόπουλο και τη χοιρινή τομαχοκ. Μαζί με 4 αναψυκτικά πληρώσαμε 67€. Μας κέρασαν ένα τέλειο γλυκό σαν καταΐφι πορτοκάλι με παγωτό και επιδόρπιο οίνο στο τέλος !Εξαιρετική εμπειρία, θα το πρότεινα !!

Μας σύστησε το μαγαζί φιλικό ζευγάρι. Οι μερίδες μικρές και πανάκριβες(για να χορτάσουν τα παιδια πήγαμε σε γυραδικο)λες και τρως στο κολονάκι!!! και όχι δεν θα το σύστηνα στην περιοχή έχει πολύ καλύτερα με καλύτερο φαγητό και καλύτερες τιμές.Ας ξεκαβαλισουν το καλάμι!
